Season Pool Passes - 30% Discount - Monday, May 4, 2026

We’re excited to welcome everyone back for another pool season at the Harvard Aquatic Center!
As a reminder, members who purchased a 2025 season pool pass before last year’s June 21 opening may be eligible for a 30% discount this season. If you think you qualify and would like to take advantage of the discount, please stop by City Hall to purchase your 2026 pass. We look forward to seeing you at the pool!

Season Pool Passes Available May 1

Season pool passes will be available starting on May 1. There are a few ways you can purchase passes this year!
 
1. Online at harvard.recdesk.com - *RECOMMENDED* (May 1 through end of season)
 - Go to harvard.recdesk.com
 - Create your member account or log in 
 - Click on the Memberships tab, then click on Aquatic 
 - Choose the first type of pass you would like to purchase
 - Follow the prompts until the pass is added to your cart
 - Add any other passes you would like to purchase to your cart following the same procedure
 - After purchasing, print out your receipt
 - Bring this receipt with you on your first visit to the Harvard Aquatic Center
 - Show your receipt to pool staff upon entry and they will set you up with your pool pass!
 
2. In-person at City Hall (May 4 to May 22)
 - Fill out the Pool Pass Registration Form (can be found in the Forms section on harvard.recdesk.com or in-person at City Hall)
 - Bring your completed registration form to City Hall to pay for your pass in-person
 - Bring your receipt with you on your first visit to the Harvard Aquatic Center
 - Show your receipt to pool staff upon entry and they will set you up with your pool pass!
 
3. In-person at the Harvard Aquatic Center (May 25 to the end of the season)
 - Fill out the Pool Pass Registration Form (can be found in the Forms section on harvard.recdesk.com or in-person at the Harvard Aquatic Center)
 - Turn in your completed form at the Harvard Aquatic Center
 - You will receive your season pass on-site
